Hello,

For quite a while now, the links to compressed archives of current development versions of inkscape from the page https://inkscape.org/release/dev/windows/ or https://inkscape.org/fr/release/all/windows/64-bit/ are broken.

I submitted this issue here https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/-/issues/4611 but seems that it is not getting attention at all...

Am I missing something obvious? Are there alternative links?
