sorry, I could not add an answer when I added the image, plus I could not post another answer,I will add the config for trace in below image, please help me lost a few hours looking for solution, I tried all possible values with threshold, I am using windows 11, Inkscape 1.2.2 2022
Before we proceed; I have no high hope in this related to Bitmap trace but: please find Inkscape Preferences->System - hit "Reset Preferences" - restart Inkscape and try again.
And any reason why using "edge detection" on the duck?
Ok - I guess the Reset and a restart of Inkscape didn't work out. Next and probably last guess: after you hit apply at "Bitmap trace" and the result is selected find the Fill and Stroke settings and delete stroke.
I have tried different
image formats still inkscape could not trace , gives me some random path
output:
What settings are you using for bitmap tracing? The defaults should work well on this.
live update shows correctly ,but when i press apply it throws garbage trace
Not the answer to my question.
