    So I am trying to make stuff on Inkscape but I would like to get this result.

    To check it click attachments but when I tried it, it went horribly.

    Ok, it looks like you want to make color stripes. Is that the general idea?

    Here's one way, of many ways. Using a yellow rectangle to clip a group of red lines and rectangle.

    also how to do it with strokes I tried it but it just change the color of the stripes

    so the striped shape video you gave me right? well if I press Shift + Left Click it just changes the stripes not the objects stroke so is there a way of how to put strokes in it also?

    I would make another rectangle the same size with only a stroke and group it with the striped object.
