my document properties are opened in an annoying popup. How can I revert it back, so it is opened the same way as Fill and Stroke menu?

Do you want it present all the time? Then drag it by its name onto the tools tap. If not press either F12 or close it with clicking the "X".

I want the "Document Properties" menu to open in the same side tab as "Fill and Stroke" menu does.

Example: I open Document Properties. I want to see them opened on the same place as "Fill and Stroke" menu is on the screenshot.
