Hi everyone. I am trying to draw a teardrop with the bezier tool. It needs a little work but what I need is for it to be filled in. For some reason, it wont. It says it is filled in but it seems to relate only to the inside of the line I drew (the stroke?), not the inside of the shape itself. How do I fill in the inside of the actual tear drop? Ive used the bezier tool before with no problems so I don't know if I messed with a setting or something? Thank you.
I figured out what I did and was just about to come here and delete this before wasting anyone's time. I had the bezier tool on triangle in so when i hit fill, it was filling in the space between the strokes because it thought i was making a triangle. Once I turned it back to none on the shape section, it worked fine. thank you! Sorry about that.

Did you probably convert the stroke with Path->Stroke to Path? Then it's a Color filled shape now. Can we have a screenshot when Node tool is active?
