As u can see in this attachment, Inkscape 0.92.4 (left) recieves it quite well, but Inkscape 1.0alpha2 cant take it. I dont know if this is a bug or not.
This is certainly a bug of some kind. But it might be hard to test because most developers use Linux and PowerPoint isn't available on Linux. We'll just have to report it as a bug and see what developers can dig up.
