I was told I need the Win32 Vector Export extension to export an SVG to a cutter. I can't seem to find it anywhere, although there are plenty of mentions of it on the internet. Does anyone know where to find it? Thanks!
It depence on the cutter if you need the extension. Which will you use?
If you use an old cricut cutter you need a special hack, for a silhouette there are special driver, for Refine, Vevor or Pixmax you need only the portname. New cricut or brother cutter you can`t use with inkscape.

That extension may be significantly outdated.
Depending on the cutter, you may be best served by saving a copy as DXF or PDF.
Please describe
Please also describe the cutter you are using.
