HI inkscape community
Can anyone please help with hopefully a simple question?
In short I need to know what to put in the parallel port path (egCOM1)
Extensions/Export/Plot...Parallel Port: COM1
It is plugged into USB1 "Port_#0001.Hub_#0001"
In more detail Im trying to set up an old plotter using a USB to parallel port cable. Following this guide

Using these drivers as suggested https://ftdichip.com/drivers/d2xx-drivers/
I unfortunately do not get any information from command prompt so am unable to set the path.
And I have tried all COM1-20 variations

I've had the same problem. turns out I've had to install another version of inkscape. After that it worked fine.
