Using Inkscape with Cutters/Plotters Gcode files double cut, what sw=ettings do I have wrong?

    I am running the windows 64 bit version in windows 10. All my gcode files cut twice and I don't know how to change it.

    Also being a newb I don't see how to change the start cut, all my files start on the outside and I would like them to start on the inside of the objects.
