Path->Combine the circle with the other parts excluding text. Then make sure Text object ist converted with Path->Union - then select all and go again Path->Union.
Again: select everything exklusive Text and Go Path->Combine. Same with the 2 converted Text Elements. Then add select Frame plus Text and Go Path->Union.
I m creating a graphic with Inkscape to use with my LaserCut.
So this is the current situation:
inkscape_1_kK1mOYy.png
Now I need to JOIN text Happy with cirle but if I try to select text Happy and Circle after that Trace JOIN I see this: "inkscape_2_AoQ08NX.png"
As you can see the text is OVER the cirle I need that the circle is OVER the text.
I attached also svg file
Path->Combine the circle with the other parts excluding text. Then make sure Text object ist converted with Path->Union - then select all and go again Path->Union.
I tried your suggestion but the text is union with the circe but OVER so the circle where the letters are will be cut (Letter H and y)
„Easter“ is not united.
I‘m back in Studio in 2hs to upload screenshots.
Ok thanks I tried to Union also Easter text then I select Happy path, Easter path and cirle path then Trace - > UNION but the text cut the circle.
Again: select everything exklusive Text and Go Path->Combine. Same with the 2 converted Text Elements. Then add select Frame plus Text and Go Path->Union.
Maybe this:
thanks I fixed my issue
