When I create a square, I can rotate at 15 deg (steps) angles by holding CTL. But I cannot skew (or shear) the square at 15 deg steps by holding CTL. Is there any reason for that? Or this feature holds for rotation only?
Alt key seems to work here (Windows) for angles, rotate and skew.
Here it´s "alt"-key to maintain the degrees that have been stored in Preferences:
