    Hi All,

I have used Inkscape before, years ago. I made a Logo and saved it.

I am wanting to edit it but when IS opens the file (convert from 90 to 96DPI) the logo comes out badly pixelated.

    Any suggestions???

    Thanks

    Dave

It should not be pixelated at all unless you saved as a bitmap in an SVG container. What does Inkscape tell about the selected item in the Status Bar at the bottom of the Inkscape window. Or open Objects and Layers Panel to check content.

Had a look at content. There were a whole lot of extraneous objects and the major blocks were shifted. I removed the extraneous objects which were all small squares (these were the pixels I was seeing). And then moved the text objects to where they should have been. Looks good again but a bit puzzled. I was very new to IS when I made original and may have left those extraneous bits in the original 90DPI But Going from 90 to 96 should not have moved objects enough to make them show up..

    Thanks

    Dave
