Im finding that if i have one open window plus a few more miniimised to the task bar, if i then open a document from the open window file>open dialog, that window opens ok but all the minimised windows are raised as well. How can i prevent this? Is this a known issue? Ive run a search for minimised windows in the forum and a search in duck duck go but to no avail.

Reproduced here in Win 10, but not Linux Mint.
