Beginners' Questions How to draw a continuity symbol?

I am trying to recreate this symbol from the figure from below. I am referring to the one which is on the bottom right corner which looks like a concentric circle sector.

What I've attempted was to create guides and changing ellipse to circle handles but those do not snap to guides. What else can it be done?

Regarding how accurate has to be with the original figure. I am aiming at to be the most precise as possible in terms of the angle of that circle sector.

    Please someone help me here.

It appears to be that the circles aren't concentrical. How far off are from the center?. I mean the second, third and the final fourth?. My question was not attended, can the handles snap to guides?

It would be nice if a short animation or gif movie could be included. Did you matched the arcs by just looking at them?. Because this process isn't seen in the screenshot I cannot figure out what method you used.

I appreciate you could attend these questions.

Sure it is just by eye - that´s the reason I put the circles to the right in to show that these are jut vertically aligned but not horizontally. But I found so many different symbols for the function I don´t know which is right or if there´s a genuine standard. I mean I can draw everthing and if there are any specifications I can take them into account. But I simply don´t know or heard of any.

Okay, but how did you found that those were the angle values for the arcs?. Is there a measuring tool for that? Can you teach me how to use it?. Regarding the symbols used, continuity is often represented by those concentrical arcs but also sometimes by a tiny diode which is easy to draw. I believe there isn't a standard. But on this case I just felt that this was easier to trace. Again, how did you got those numbers?

By looking at your drawing, the second, third and fourth circles are all sharing the same rotation center, right?. Just those are moved a little bit off from the center of the first arc. I am asking this because I am not sure if this is how you made it?.

Again, object handles cannot snap to guides?. This part is still pending answer.

All arcs have the same degree value and fully adjustable with the circle tool itself. Hope this helps.

The last steps were: duplicating - holding shift+ctrl to scale from the center - angle values are maintained:
