    How to create arc of circle : difference not working

    Boolean operation needs proper shapes to work with - Path->Cut shall work though when the 2 lines are a compound path - but needs extra cleaning. Easier: A partially circle ican be achieved by adjusting the „round“ handles on the Circle Object to make an Arc shape or Pie; check Option in the Toolbar when Circle tool is active.

    You can also enter the values you want in the fields above. Keep in mind that the angle settings refer to a 0° degree point that is on the right quadrant (3'o clock on a watch).
