I have just done a clean install of Inkscape 1.3.2 on windows 10 machine.
I need to be able to see and change the height and width of my objects, which I could do in the previous issue, prior to transfer to cutting machine however the relevant two boxes are not displayed and I, a new user, cannot fine a way to display them. The x and y boxes are in place as is the choice of measure mm,cm ect.

Do you have the "Selector tool" enabled? If so a screenshot might help here.
