Have you tried putting that font in Inkscape's font directory and setting it to use that directory as well as the one in windows? Another thing to try is to right-click your fonts you want to use and then tell windows to install those fonts for all users. I had the same issue with fonts that aren't normally installed in windows and found out that if you don't install a new font so that all users can use it, Inkscape might not allow it to be used in the fonts list.

Hi all.
I was using Inkscape version 0.9.2 and everything was normal.
But after I installed new version 1.0.2, I cannot type Vietnamese font in Inkscape anymore.
I believe there are some changes and there's should be a solution for me but I cant find it till now.
