In the modifiers menu, is there a way to save the settings of the "shape along path i've chosen?" Or do i have to input it for every line i make with that shape?

You can copy-paste path effects (see in path menu, there must also be a keyboard shortcut).
This seams to work for everything except for the width of the shape, is it supposed to be that way?
