Beginners' Questions Converting imported text into vector format before exporting entire file as dxf

Hi all, I'm hoping I can get some assistance as I've not yet been able to find the answer by general 'googling'. So, I am trying to improve my workflow in Solidworks by inserting a block diagram vector file I have created in DRAWIO into a SW drawing. Now Solidworks will not accept SVG files, only DXFs which is how I have come to Inkscape. The issue I am having however is that the text that has been created in DRAWIO does not export to the DXF file as it is not yet a vector path it seems. I've tried selecting the entire block diagram including the text and using the 'object to path' command but the dialogue keeps telling me there is 'no objects to convert in the selection'. I've also tried 'ungrouping' and 'break apart' but nothing seems to have any effect. Can someone please educate me on where my misunderstanding lies?

    I'm using Inkscape v1.3.2 on Windows 10

    original SVG file

    converted DXF file

    Cheers!!

Can you please upload the files into the forum? The links are not working here due a timeout.

All of the text elements are embedded bitmaps - so these elements need to be recreated.

Aaah, ok. Well that puts a pin in the whole SVG to DXF thang, dammit. Thanks so much for taking a look and confirming!!

Perhaps there is an option to keep the text as text or converting into paths for export etc.
