Tyler, don't spend a ton of time on this. I'm going to recreate it one step at a time to see if I can find where the problem might be. I'm guessing it's inexperience and changing so many things during the process. If it continues, I'll ask for help again.
I saved a file as PDF 1.5. Received an error that Adobe could not open it. Saved it again as 1.4 and it opened fine.
Today, saved a different file and it wouldn't open either way.
What causes this? Any tips for helping resolve?
Describe your OS & version, the version of Inkscape and the installer you used, plus any special hardware like tablet/stylus or multiple monitors.
Windows 10 Pro Version 1909, Inkscape 1.02 inkscape-1.0.2-x64, no special hardware
The last file I tried has 1 imported png file, nothing else created outside of Inkscape
I tried removing the png, no change. I also tried saving as a plain svg.

Inkscape 1.0.2 is saving invalid font names to PDF files. You could save text as curves or downgrade to Inkscape 1.0.1.

It only does it sometimes. I was able to recreate 3/4 of my document before it wouldn't open as a PDF. Thank you Aero for the suggestion.
