I'm trying to create an account to join the Inkscape Dev Chat and participate in GSoC, but I'm not receiving the confirmation email. I’ve tried this on three different computers, but the email never arrives.

Here are the steps I followed:

1. I created an account as a user.
2. I accessed https://chat.inkscape.org/ and attempted to create an account.
3. I logged in and clicked on "Send confirmation email."

However, the verification email never arrives. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I'm having the same problem. Did you ever resolve it? I also reached out to the inkscape team through the contact form. Hoping to get this figured out as soon as possible so that I can start participating in the chat before GSoC closes! Thank you!

I wasn't able to create an account with my personal email, but I used an email from another institution, and that worked for me. Hopefully, it will help you too!

Same problem here. I tried "Contact Us" about a week ago but haven't gotten a response. No idea what the turnaround is, though.
