I created an SVG with multiple layers saved it then uploaded to Design space and everything was correct. I needed to make changes to two of the layers so I reopened the original file, created new layers then deleted the original 2 layers. Everything looks fine in Inkscape and all layers are the correct size but when I upload the SVG to Design space the two layers I corrected are no longer the correct size. I have made sure that I resized the page to the selection and selected all layers before saving but each time I try to upload the new layers are smaller than the originals.

If everything looks fine in your browser, my guess is Design space may have issues with some transforms.
Thank you for your help. I realized I didn't have the current version of Inkscape so I updated then re-imported the two problem layers. It did fix the problem. Thank you again for your help.
