I have just installed Inkscape 1.1 on my Mac mini with M1 processor. I have been able to use the software, and have produced the results I was looking for. However, all of the dialog boxes use very small, condensed text that is very difficult to read. I have searched in Preferences for an adjustment on this behavior, but have found nothing. Can anyone shed some light on this, or offer a suggestion as to how the text may be changed? I have attached a screen shot of the small text.
We´re on the same machine and I have seen this in the forum before, but I´d say it´s not looking normal. I adjusted like what you have in the screenshot and restarted Inkscape: no change:
Maybe go Preferences->System->Reset Preferences and restart Inkscape. Let´s see if this will help.
Thanks for your effort in trying to assist! I tried resetting the preferences and restarting, but that had no effect. I also tried searching the forum earlier to see if anyone has experienced this, but turned up no hits. Perhaps I am not using the correct terminology to describe this; I'll try again.

Same machine to me. No issues.
