Windows 11 - When I start the program my mouse is large - as as soon as I click on a tool (rectangle, circle, pen, etc) the mouse gets really small, then handles on the objects get really small as well.
I'd try Handle Size control in the Edit>Preferences:

That doesn't work - my monitor is 3440 x 1440 and the mouse arrow seems to stick to that size, but only on the canvas, no where else.
