    Hi there,
I have an PNG picture I clipped in Inkscape to shape (Object-Clip-Set). When I try to copy paste this newly clipped object to Powerpoint, I only get an empty mask. When I use the function "paste picture" in powerpoint, it will be pasted in a very bad quality only. Otherwise I can copy paste any other objects between Inskcape and Powerpoint, also the separate objects I am using in order to create the cropped/clipped image. Just this result does not seem to transfer. I am a big big beginner, so I guess I am not understanding something. Can you please help me find out, how to fix this issue?
Im using Inkcape 1.0.2-2 (e86c870879, 2021-01-15) on Windows.

Hi! First of all, I'd recommend you use a current Inkscape version.

Next, this might either be a PowerPoint bug (probably), or an issue that can be fixed in Inkscape (maybe).

If you'd like to get a definite answer to your question (after testing it with the latest Inkscape version), please open a bug report at https://inkscape.org/report
