I figured there was a quota. I didn't think I would hit it at 60MB.
SVG files are generally small.
You are welcome to link to files on third party sites.
There are sharing sites like imgur, or even dropbox and Google drive. Share to anyone with the link and post the link in a message.

Why is the quota so small? Mine is only 31 Megabytes..

Cool, how do I link to files on third party sites? Are we allowed to have more that 1 profile on the Inkscape website? I'm guessing that it would take nearly 34,000 profiles with 31 megabytes quota each to have at least 1 terabyte of storage.
