So i wanted to check with new stuff with 1.0 and i noticed when i run the AppImage the menu doesn’t show up in the plasma panel with global menu, which it does with the last stable release, also came to notice the new mac version would be having the panel menu bar, would that be having something to do with this? I might find an answer anyway maybe after i restart or try to run some other programs in appimage but, I tried to build it to my system to check if that works through install but caught up with an error
~/Downloads/inkscape-1.0alpha/src/extension/internal/pdfinput/pdf-parser.cpp:

Hi...Tried installing libreoffice-fresh, as you suggested, and in fact this problem doesn’t show up in this package. However, using this package makes a weird, gray box appear on the middle of the screen while working on documents, and it doesn’t go away. So, for now, I’ll be reverting to libreoffice-still, because the global menu issue is far less troubling than this other one.

I think you've already reported this now, right?
