I cannot find the method to convert solid print text to a path. Object to path does not work for me. Is it possible to achieve this?Β
Is the original artwork an image (bitmap) file?
If so, I'd try menu: Path>Trace Bitmap

it is purely the Inkscape lettering text. Which from examining the close up. appears to be a smooth edged vector file.
If it's actual text (indicated in the status bar), I'd try menu: Path>Object to path. You may need to assign a Fill to the path.
