Beginners' Questions Trouble installing Inkscape on my Mac

    I have just downloaded Inkscape for Mac. Version 1.2.1_x86_64.

    I'm using an iMac, running macOS Ventura 13.5.2

    The install seemed to run smoothly, no issues, delays etc., but when I open it, this is the result.

    Does anyone have any idea how I can get past this issue
