I have tried this on different machines and with different files but it is always the same. When I select an imported PNG (in this instance the one attached) and click OK (using the default settings for "Trace Pixel Art", I get the followng message.
"Image looks too big. Process may take a while .......". I click "Ok" and my machine locks up.
