Beginners' Questions size change unexplained ( 10% small )

    I'm a bit puzzled, I had a (historic) decal design (was 133mm x 68mm). Loaded it (changed from 90-96DPI), still 133 x 68

    Printed to PDF for sample run. PDF prints are 123 x 65.

    BUT NOW I find my original has shrunk to 123 x 65.

    I did not (knowingly) shrink the decal.

    Anyone have any ideas what is going on??

    I can only imagine "finger trouble".
