I had gone through Preferences and couldn't find anything, but now I see it's in the Toolbar. Unfortunately was already set to none.
I only found 2 Goo ref's to Line, and the one that wants Line to Path said that Line is an Illustrator thing. Maybe I miss-remembered INK being Line because of all the old drawings from this circuit design program being done in Ill when it was free.
I'll have to test Path in this EDA, and see if it accepts it.
Beginners' Questions Line element instead of Path

If I use the Pencil or Pen to draw a line, in INK XML Edit it comes out as a Path.
Is there a way to draw a line that produces a Line element? - I think I remember 0.9.x did Lines -.
I'd check the controls for each tool to ensure "shape" is set to none.
