    Hi,

Here is my problem: I have a dxf file containing paths. I would like to remove some paths. I don't know how to select paths without selecting nodes/sub paths one by one.

Here is an easy example of what I would like to do. I would like to remove the internal closed path.

You can hold shift and highlight a box over the multiple nodes you want to select. But for this particular job you can get it done easier by clicking path then break apart on the top bar. Then the paths separate and you could just delete the inside line

If you do want to select an individual sub-path:

    1. Use the Node tool and select one node in the sub-path
    2. Edit > Select All (CTRL-A) will select all the nodes for that path.
