I actually found the solution, it was using the bezier tool with adjustments and then unifying it with the drop shadow. It is a bit of a long process. if there is a much shorter method, please tell me!. Thanks
I wanted all the 3D squares to be only square and not leaving a sharp edge with them, here is my view of it.

thanks for those answers but when I union literally every object its color changes to only one color which is annoying.
