So to draft curves, I have always loved using the Spiro tool! Now I haven't used it for a little while so this could totally be user error, but when i finish the shape, the last point is a cusp. I can smooth it out with the nood smooth button, but I don't remember this happening in past versions. For closing the shape I have tried both right and left clicking and getting the same results. Sometimes I for the end point I get two different nodes--each with one handle and they are joined.
Again, this could be just user error. I am working around the issue but any insight would be awesome!
YouΒ΄ll get a preview before closing the spiro - you can then simply click to close or click+drag to close - the latter version produce the cusp node here:

You always can use Shift to have cusp nodes, also in the end one
