Good morning, sorry for my English, I use the translator,I installed inkscape 1.3.2 version, I have 2 monitors and inkscape has this problem that I can't solve.All toolbars cannot be moved.I attach the screen.

The Commands bar can be across the top (View>Widescreen unchecked) or on the right as shown.Β
The Snap bar can be flyout (as shown) or permanent on the right by using Manu: Edit>Preferences>Interface>Toolbars.
Only the dialogs can be floating at this point.Β
