When trying to save this file a error message box pops up and won't allow me to save the file. I have attached a screen shot. How can I correct this? I am using Win 10 Pro and V: .92 Inkscape

    Your help is appreciated.

I did read that you have to go back to V.45 for this plugin to work. Haven't tried it yet tho.

I tried V.45 and did not get a good result.

I plan on looking at all the comments on thingiverse for the build. I have looked at some in the past but did not get to the latest entries. Maybe I'll find something there. I'll let you know if I come up with anything.

After many tries at fixing this I found the solution. It took reading the comments on thingiverse and following the suggestions offered in the comments, item 6 of the second update. Here are the details:

    Python latest version 3.9 installed

    Inkscape version 0.92.5X86

downloaded the version of MIgrbl suggested in the PDF instructions for the drawbot.

copied the 4 files in MIgrbl download to program files (86),inkscape,share,extensions

deleted the servo file from extensions

opened up the download for Draw+Robot+-+Arduino+Uno+++C

copied the servo file from the files folder

Pasted the new servo file into Program files (86),inkscape,share,extensions

Opened up Inkscape and all worked perfectly.

Let me know if you have success following my instructions. I am not a programmer but a user so I don't really understand all the things happening here. I just followed directions. If you have any questions let me know. I have been working on this for a week now and I'm so happy I finally got it working. It was very frustrating to say the least.

    Good luck.

    One other thing.

Before you apply the gcode extension you need to give the file a name and add  .gcode to the end of the name.

    Hi BobFrog (#5)

I to am completely stuck with this and would really like to get a bit more detail about "downloaded the version of MIgrbl suggested in the PDF instructions for the drawbot." and  "opened up the download for Draw+Robot+-+Arduino+Uno+++C" as I just cannot find either of these. Maybe a couple of links would be extremely appreciated. I have had it working with V48 but found it is limited with other things such as single line text etc. and when I found this I thought it was the answer. I am really hoping you can help.
