    Poor print performance on non-linux platforms is a perennial problem, but Inkscape produces pixel-perfect pdfs for printing properly.

    The customary workaround is [File > Save a Copy...] and in the lower right corner choose [*.pdf] as the file type.

    A pdf export of this image works fine for me.
