I have some shipping label sheets that are a little goofy, so I made myself a template in inkscape and just drag in the shipping labels from saved PDFs. I’ve been doing this for years, and the PDFs are at their correct size (4x6”); when I go to just print them from Preview, they show up as the right size at 100% scale. (I can’t use that print feature because of the layout of the pre-cut label sheets)
I never had an issue before, and the PDFs would just import at their correct 4x6” size, I’d drag them between the template lines, and everything was great.
But in the last couple months, I’ve noticed that instead of importing at 4x6”, they import HUGE and create a whole new, like, art board in the file?? which I didn’t even know was a thing! I can just size them down one at a time, but it’s really annoying and shouldn’t happen anyway!
anyone have any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?
I’m on a mac, running the most current beta (i’m pretty sure — i only switched over a couple months ago)

This is a late response and hopefully you found a solution. If not, perhaps you can upload a sample pdf for us to play with.
