I first raised one of these issues in mid-October, but here goes. As I mentioned before, I find that when I rotate with the selection tool, I can snap to guides and paths, but not specific nodes. I'm also starting to notice that when I rotate objects grouped together, some nodes that were originally snapped together move slightly out of alignment. I'm confused as to why these problems are happening, and, honestly, annoyed. When I draw characters, certain parts that come in pairs or multiples, such as arms and legs, are drawn to look more or less the same, albeit rotated at different angles. There are times when I partially alter an arm, hand, leg, foot, etc. and want to copy the changes to the corresponding part, but I struggle to rotate things at the desired angle. For example, if I make changes to a character's shoe on one foot, I would duplicate the updated shoe, but struggle to get it to fit the other foot.
I don't know whether these issues could be resolved in future versions of Inkscape or with custom extensions.
The screenshot with the red circle is of the character's left foot and shoe. The red circle marks a point where the main body of the shoe and the flap meet. The nodes in this area match, as you might expect. The screenshot with the yellow circle is of the other shoe, which was created by duplicating the first shoe. I rotated the second shoe in an attempt to align it to a guide that was created to match the angle of the right foot. For some reason, the nodes in the yellow circle do not quite align. I wish I could include the actual Inkscape file, but it's a lot bigger than the 6-megabytes limit.
The level of precision is far beyond display resolution and human detection, so unless they are off by more than a pixel, you can consider them aligned.

Please provide example files, screenshots, etc.
