Well, everything seems fine, just "operator error" or misunderstanding. I was seeing "Oswald" and "Oswald Regular" listed. The first has a drop-down for weights, the other just 'regular'. Wasn't familiar with variable fonts, but apparently that how it lists. Every other application does the same thing.
Verified by deleting another font and they disappear.

I'm using Windows 10 and deleted a font, but Inkscape 1.1 (and every other program I use) still shows it listed. Any idea why?
