Beginners' Questions Polka dots, medium: How can I create the same pattern with an outline?

    I'm making several objects filled with medium polka dots in different colors.  I need a white one with a black outline.

    What do you suggest for replicating the existing pattern?

    I filled a whole page with the dots to find the repeating pattern, it's halfway down the page.  Creating new dots with outlines over the existing ones seems pretty tedious.
