I'm creating an svg and when I look at the layers (please see attached image) I don't see any- only paths. This is also a multi-color svg, which I though would have multiple layers (parts of the image are grouped according to color). Do you know why layers are not showing on the layers panel and only paths? Thanks!
Hi. When you open Inkscape, you should have a layer created. Then you can create as many as you want. In this case, create a layer and send the objects you want to it.
I also have this other design that isn't showing any layers or paths- Why would this be? Is it necessary to create a layer (it's for an SVG) or may I just leave it as-is?
