As above. When I move the bottom clip art object (the hand with the spring and box), Inkscape crashes immediately. The object is a group. I tried ungrouping the elements and can move all except the box. When I move that, a crash occurs.
A workaround for this document seems to be cleaning the document, converting the 3d box to paths, deleting the hidden paths of the box and cleaning again. Deleting the references in the XML to perspective may also be a good idea.
I had to drop the box a couple of levels before grouping elements. I noticed a crash occurred when I moved the group after doing this. I'll do further testing to see if this may contribute to the problem.

I've attached the file.
Not on macOS; I can move every group. Maybe go Inkscape Preferences->System -> Reset Preferences and restart Inkscape.
I tried that, but it still crashes. I also tried rebooting my laptop. Maybe something to do with hardware acceleration?
Reproduced in Win 8.1, 64 bit. Inkscape 1.1.1 (3bf5ae0d25, 2021-09-20)
Reproduced in Mint 20, 64 bit. Inkscape 1.1.1 (1:1.1+202109281949+c3084ef5ed)
There are quite a few crash bugs related to the 3D boxes.

A double-click to enter edit mode for the 3dbox crashes here - but not movement:
A general advice. Try saving a copy as Plain SVG. It often helps getting rid of the Inkscape specific code in a file.
