    I want to draw a circle with a squiggle outline (for lack of a better term)

    In the attached file, I've drawn 2 circles defining the inside and outside extents of the squiggle and then I've drawn the squiggle in freehand which approximates what I want to do. There would be a total of 12 "bumps". Bumps at 12, 3, 6, 9 o'clock and 2 bumps between each of those. How can I do this?
