Hello, Inkscape 1.2.2 (b0a8486541, 2022-12-01) now shows all pages of a PDF that need to be edited, rather than 1 page at a time.

However exporting the 3 of 3 pages using the default process only shows pages 1 with the edited text and page 2's edited text has disappeared?

Process: File -> Export... -> Batch export -> Pages -> all 3 ticked -> Format Portable Document Format -> Export -> default options: Text output options-Embed fonts, Rasterize filter effects ticked, Resolution for rasterization dpi 96, Output page size-use document's page size, Bleed margin mm 0.0 -> OK -> view PDF from local files.

I used to export each edited PDF page individually, then use the best PDF program pdfunite to merge into 1 file.

Please help so the new Inkscape feature showing all pages of a PDF can also export properly.

Work around until fixed: 1. revert back to the 'edit and export 1 page a a time' or 2. batch export PNGs keeps the edited text, so convert the 3 PNG files to PDF and merge into 1 file with pdfunite.

Please share the original PDF and the Inkscape SVG file after opening/importing the pdf.

Working here as expected using version 1.3.2 under Win 10.

    2. Describe if Inkscape was newly installed, or upgraded from an earlier version.
    3. Describe the version of Inkscape and the installer you used (the file you downloaded from the web: .msi/.exe/.zip/appimage/other, PPA/Snap/Flatpak, dmg/other )
    4. Describe any special hardware being used, like tablet/stylus, external drives or multiple monitors.
    5. Describe any helper/assistive programs or keyboard modifiers (macros, languages, etc.).

    2. not newly installed, I've used it before, however maybe auto updates changed something as this is the first time I've seen Inkscape work with all PDFs in one session
    3. see 1st post top line, can't remember installer but probably Pi-Apps which seems to be the smoothest install method for Raspberry Pi's
    4. very basic setup with
      1. keyboard Bluetooth BK 3001 (not recommended as buggy >50cm from Pi5 and battery connection dodgy and hit a key too hard the keyboard freaks out. Plan to upgrade to the Logitech K760 solar bluetooth keyboard which is stable around 5-10 metres
      2. monitor Acer K242L, HDMI 1920x1080
      3. mouse wireless

No, after testing Save As, this appears to work.

There must be a reason the process used Export As, rather than Save As, however Export As Batch Export still is problematic, so I will use Save As until some challenge appears.
