Hmm, you seem to be missing a whole bunch of extensions. I'm not certain why that would be, but I'd guess you're missing some underlying files or dependencies, possibly python-related. Either that or there's some permissions problem preventing them showing up (I'm honestly guessing here).
How did you install Inkscape? Was it the .msi or the .exe installer? I understand the .exe is the more complete installer, so if you used the .msi installer, possibly that's the issue. I'd try uninstalling any existing versions of Inkscape you can find, then reinstalling the latest .exe version. I hope that will work!
Try what Tyler suggests, and see if that works. Must admit, I've never installed Inkscape on Windows and not had the extensions included. Not sure why this has happened, unless it's something specific to the newest releases.
Odd that not including translations & tutorials wouldn't install extensions, but no matter. I'm glad you've solved the problem. Good to know for any future users who may encounter the same problem.
I can't find the interpolate tool in Extensions > Generate from Path > Interpolate. Is it just me, or has the feature been removed?
It's there in mine. What OS & version of Inkscape are you using?
Windows 10 20H2, Inkscape 10.02. Here's a screenshot:
I'd try downloading the more recently updated collection of extensions and replacing the installed directory with the newer.

@z3z I recently switched to another laptop, and I downloaded the .exe version 2 days ago...
Ah, well can't be that, then. 😉

Strangely, my folder structure seems to be different from what the instructions suggest. I'm reinstalling inkscape, so I hope it works now....
The reason may have been that I did a custom install of Inkscape (I deselected translations and tutorials)
Well, It works now...
