I'm a beginner and I'm using Inkscape to design fabric for printing on Spoonflower. When I upload my design as a png Spoonflower tiles or repeats my design. All of the designs I upload show a mysterious line along the edges of the repeats. How do I make this repeat flaw disappear?
Ive attached the svg of my design. I've also attached a png of the same design as it appears on Spoonflower (once they have tiled it). Spoonflower prefers png.

Can you post an example of something you are happy to post publicly, including the SVG ?

I don't understand why, but a jpg saved at 99% quality works fine, but the png does not.
This seems to be something the Spoonflower site does. I've attached the jpg at 150pi.
Great! I tried uploading the jpg and it worked. But how did you save it as a jpg? I don't see it listed as an option under "Save as"
I had another look at the original SVG and PNG with Spoonflower.
It seems that just putting a white rectangle behind the image in Inkscape fixes the problem.
Exporting to png and uploading to Spoonflower works fine.
Try this SVG.
Thanks. I'll give it a try. Soooo much to learn! ;)
