I guess the have to set the threshold somewhere. Imagining you can show a whole A3 paper on your display... 297mm x 420mm
Zooming 25600% would show an area of around a square millimeter spread over the screen.
What you can always do, is make your image bigger. So if you resize your image to be 2970 cm by 4200 cm and scale your image up to that size... you can now edit it a hundred times bigger... zoom in to 25600% ... edit everything and scale it back down to 297 mm x 420 mm.
you can unlock all the layers... zoom out ... select everything by dragging a big rectangle with the select tool ... make sure aspect ratio is locked ... and now just type "*1000" after width or height.
Why the zoom rate is limited by 25600%. I could use a bugger zoom for more precise drawing

But how do i resize whole vector with many layers?
Create new layer, put others in that layer and resize that 1 layer?

Many thanks!
