I've been trying to findd a way to rotate nodes with a number (RAD) I have found a way by dragging once it's got the rotate handles,but its so hard to grab and rotate the perfect amount.any solutions would bbe greatly appreciated

You can define the degree steps it will rotate when holding ctrl key down in Inkscape Preferences. Here it´s 5°:
